Zlatko Dizdarević: Capital Cognitions after Two Months of Relaxation

05.10.2021.

When Christian Schmidt sent that monstrous message, “just relaxed”, in an interview with Deutsche Welle last July, the day before he arrived in Sarajevo, the question arose – what is it about? Is it really possible to have such and so much optimism about a country that is being attacked both inside and out, and it comes with the task of at least calming down those vultures, that have been nibbling and gnawing for two and a half decades on what was so optimistically designed in Dayton, and signed a little later in Paris.

The question on this occasion was: Does it mean that in the background of that arrival, where-it-should be, all is decided, clear and precise, everything that concerns us in our lives here. Naive positivists, although already quite tired but still in the majority at the time, believed in the miracle of the final creation of a “real state”. Even with the bad guys, and those who know the logic of “don’t wave” with foreigners, the hope that something will finally change flashed through the call of a sharp and fair player from Merkel’s school. With the conviction that Schmidt, of course, knows in detail what his homework is. Well, the German, in the position of the new high representative of the international community in BiH, will not know where and why he is coming.

Account Balance – Further and Further Away From Europe

And two months have passed with the corresponding speculations, harassment, interruption that with the EU, and for their own sake, something must finally start with us. Because so far only a lot of resolutions, instructions, conclusions, promises, demands, all the way to the claim that “on the reform path towards the EU we are achieving impressive results …” And the balance, every day in every respect is farther and farther from Europe. From 2004 to 2013, when they needed it, 13 countries joined. And since then, none.

Then from America, which devised Dayton, and unsuccessfully tried to turn us from looking back to looking forward with the so-called April package from 2006, new promises began to arrive. Well, emissaries, ambassadors, special players, all the way to Palmer now in charge of the elections in BiH and Escobar for the Western Balkans … In the meantime, with their nervousness and lack of nerves for relaxation, key players from Zagreb and Belgrade quickly started jumping into the story. First neighbors. On old, never abandoned, tried and so to say, defeated toilet-paper concepts …

The “awakening” of Schmidt, who, as he says, has traveled throughout the region in the meantime, was allegedly provoked by Dodik and his idea of a “peaceful break-up of BiH”. Nothing new but it worked. Schmidt said in an interview with Zagreb’s “Nacional” on September 30 that he “did not find anyone among the high-ranking interlocutors who supports that idea.” There were many such interlocutors, and decency dictates that he does not question who he talked to – if he does not want to say it himself – and that “none” of them supported Dodik’s idea (sic!). To resolve the dramatic clash of at least two fundamentally different approaches to the fate of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and not to hear the support of any of those who are the originators of the criminal concept of “separation”, is strange to say the least. Who was the High Representative talking to then, believing everyone’s word?

And while Matthew Palmer and his interlocutors in and around BiH played a made-up, undefined game of “ethnic representation” with theses, ranging from one extreme to the other, the ears of two opposing camps in BiH and their helpers from outside, the Decentralization Council, respectable in America (DPC), found it appropriate to announce on this occasion a significant statement sent by Twitter around the world: “It is disappointing, but not surprising, that Palmer announced at the outset that he would not be a neutral mediator in the negotiations but, de facto, Dragan Covic’s spokesman and HDZ BiH, promoting anti-democratic diversions of “legitimate representation …”

The Council also asked an open question to US Secretary of State Antony Blinken: “How does the agreement with the oligarchs on the organization of government in BiH, which would suit them … fit into a foreign policy based on respect for values and prioritization of the fight against corruption. ..This USA is working to allow ‘leaders’ in BiH to vote for their voters. If that happens, the result will result in even deeper ethno-territorial divisions … “DPC associates are known to persistently warn” that the international community has the wrong approach in BiH “.

After meeting with some of the “leaders” of opposition political parties, Palmer went home, expressing “full support for the efforts” to “seriously consider” the initiative to pass the Law on Amendments to the Election Law in the BiH Parliamentary Assembly. The result of the promised initiatives of the USA and especially the EU after the end of the “relaxation” phase is – a great disappointment.

Regarding the surprised and still relaxed Schmidt, there are still a lot of questions that are differently intoned but simple, following only the last, mentioned interview with Nacional. Not for the sake of controversy, misunderstanding or splitting of any kind at all, but simply for the sake of final determination – which is what the whole story about the High Representative in BiH, about the reflections of our reality in Brussels and Washington, finally about whether their “leaders” know what they want here and what their role is in all this. They truly believe that a game like this is fruitful for their geostrategies and interests.

Schmidt says, for example, that “national leaders in BiH do not live in reality …” A huge mistake. Today’s reality is their target product, its maintenance and radicalization is their life and death struggle, and their absolute rejection of all reforms on the road to the EU is their project. “Europe” is taking many of them to prison. Logical and understandable. To think that they do not live in reality and that the international community does not recognize their true intentions is a gain for those in that “community” to whom the status quo means a successful mandate here. And there are a lot of them.

Furthermore, the High Representative says in Zagreb that “Plenković and Vučić have a crucial role in the future of BiH as a single state”. A technical mistake must have been accidentally made in the printing of the interview, so there was no negation in the “single state”. It is about the capital philosophy of the mentioned duo, which is – in their crucial role in creating a NON-UNIFORM state. By all means and at all costs. Based on current and historical intentions, all the way to the crimes on that road.

Schmidt says another key thought: “… it is not the High Representative who decides, it is the people …” So does he see where that people are today? After the aggression continued, after the military aggression they stopped in Dayton by all other methods and means, especially with the aim of persistent duplication, the production of internal, interethnic and religious hatred, poisoning by politics, the media, staged conflicts at home and abroad. And now here is the message that such a guided and formatted “people” should “decide”. Thoroughly impoverished and disintegrated in every respect, without a political force that can organize, lead, orient it, it will make even worse decisions. Economically blackmailed will vote again for the ruling profiteers. And the three remaining marks a day for life need to be saved. Once the normal mind was washed away, history falsified, memories of dignity first ridiculed and now dangerous, wit and youth banished. Such a “people” should now decide, under the control of the author of the new reality. And with the promise of the High Representative that he is not the one who will decide. Very European.

The representative of the international community is also astonished at how “every sentence – or just a situation report or comment – is interpreted in so many different ways …” debilitation of society. From the idea of war, through the realization of the war, to the project after the war until today. With the same key people, ideas and goals in that global operation, and without radical cleansing of evil after the war, with the War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague whose result is “reconciliation” after almost three decades of trial – promoting villains into national heroes, both in textbooks and in the media, which on memorial plaques. Until the readiness, here, to defend the right to glorify crimes with an almost classic coup d’etat.

Here are Dodik’s promises that “he will not be pleased”. Calmly diplomatically, benevolently and politically useful in a specific mission. With the “friendly suggestion – sit down, do your job …” Who are the friends here in this order of things. Disenfranchised, humiliated and stolen people, or those who in the name of electoral legality and legitimacy (as it farcically sounds in the local “democracy”) deliberately drive that people crazy by offering themselves as leaders of their protection.

Brainwashing for the benefit of leadership profits

Finally, there are the statements that “society as a whole has not yet begun a discussion, that is, perhaps only a few actually have, about how, knowing the truth about the past, we can build a better future.” Fortunately, that for knowledge about the future, after three decades of targeted brainwashing in favor of leadership profits, the society has a whole year to come to new, legally elected profiteers who would like to elect their own electorate. Just enough for the “people” to change everything.

He senses again that the most important thing for the “world” is to re-record the success of its diplomacy. The difference from Dayton is that now the red line in the story is visible to the naked eye. And there is only one way to avoid repeated evil – legally sanctioning at all costs those whose ruling criminal and corruption files have long since been completed. And removed. The “people” cannot do it alone without smart and uncorrupted leadership. At least not in a long-term, good way. There is still work to be done in that field for the OHR, the EU and the USA, apart from the mere “monitoring of the existence of BiH”. If it is only that, it will soon be difficult to have anything to monitor.
